Refunds & returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of stains, marks or odours. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Customerservice@antheiauk.com. Please include in the email your order number, reason for return, and pictures attached of the condition of the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We happily except exchanges up to 7 days after your order is delivered. Please email or send us a message on Instagram at @antheiaa.uk to arrange an exchange. Please note, we do not offer free/paid for exchanges, and return postage will be at your own cost.
